Those interested in downloading Saints Row: Undercover to try out can head over to, where Volition released the prototype. Yesterday, they live streamed the game on their Twitch channel. Since then Saints Row: Undercover has been floating around the office of Volition until last week when the studio released a documentary on their YouTube channel which we covered the other day. Eventually, THQ and Volition cancelled the game due to the quality of it. Under the orders of Commissioner Bradshaw, the player controlled an undercover cop to infiltrate the gang and stop the civil war. The storyline was a civil war was beginning inside the 3rd Street Saints. Saints Row: Undercover was to feature open-world gameplay and originally titled Saints Row: The Fall. In 2009, Volition teamed up with an outside studio, Mass Media Games, then with Savage Entertainment to port Saints Row 2 from the PlayStation 3 to the PSP. This will be one of my first purchases when I do eventually get a Wii U. Today, the same development studio which is now owned by Deep Silver, has made the unfinished game available. Saint's Row: Undercover, a PlayStation Portable (PSP) game being developed by Volition when it was owned by THQ, was cancelled and never saw the light of day. ![]() News // 30th Jan 2016 - 7 years ago // By Wade D Hinkle Saints Row: Undercover, Cancelled PSP Title Made Available For Download Today ![]()
